Adolescents and children

Individual therapy with the support of music and movement improvisation.

The research combines the psychotherapeutic fields with the dance - music improvisation in exploring the potentials of music and movement during the journey of psychotherapy.

The interest is specifically in music engineered to stimulate specific brainwaves, such as theta waves, which in turn induce a specific range of moods in the listeners supporting the life change.

There is a space for the composition and the rehearsal of skills and sounds for improvised performances in a therapeutic context, exploring the borderlines of your comfort zone with the intention to grow your potential while feeling very safe.
